i am very pleased with my purchase it is easy to use both taking pictures and video taking great pictures in all daytime and night time usage had other digital cameras but this has been the easiest to use with best results
never thought about buying HP til i had this camera. ok, so i,ve had the HP printer for ages but was allways swayed towards Fuji for cameras. proved me wrong tho with this camera. excellent quality pics looking more of 10mp than 7.9 . shame it does not do a little bit more "in camera"/ the Fuji (which i found out-does not bounce when dropped) that we had before, had in cam trimming and then the ability to save. great for putting pics on EBay as you end up with 4mp pics and so much quicker to upload. apart from that, canot fault this HP, using 2700mah batts they seem to last for ages. plus, really quick re-charge of flash, v useful for rapid indor shots. altogether a nice , compact lightweight but sturdy camera. if your tempted but not sure, you could do much much worse at the price!
I love everything about this camera. 'it does exactly what it says on the tin' to coin a phrase. so easy to navigate the menu and features but equally just a 'point and shoot' if that's all you want. I decided to buy it because having lost my original M627 I spent hours checking out others (I nearly purchased a Fuji Finepix A150 which would now be my 2nd choice but seems you can only purchase internationally) I found an M627 on ebay and was determined to win the bidding. There are much better cameras available but for the price the M627 is excellent value. I personally don't think there is much difference between the quality of a pic from a 7mp and a 10mp.
Does exactly what it says in the brochure. cheap enough to still do all the family photo's and very easy to use. A pleasure.
