I have purchased total of 5 of these. There is a tendency for the button to stick down so the light stays on.Tried experimenting with the hold down screws, which reduces the sticking sometimes. Basically more or less does the job. Perhaps the sticking down tendency will reduce as they get older.

It would not work!. Any combination of contacts with the wires by myself and a qualified electrician could not get it to switch on/off. Companies involved - manufacturers would not help at all following an email. Suppliers excellent - took it back and refunded the costs. Bought a diffenrent make

None of the pneumatic time-switches types I have used, including this one, offer modern standards of reliability but older wiring arrangements still often require us to use them.. Their time-out period is awkward to adjust and not very stable thereafter. Like others, this model is sensitive to the degree of tightness of its attachment screws - this could have been largely avoided by careful mechanical design. On balance, I think this switch type is of slightly more pleasing design and has performed a bit better than others in a block of 16 flats which I maintain.

It is working fine. Sometimes the timer delay adjustment on this type of switch can be very sensitive .. this one is good up to now.

Worked a couple of times, then stuck on for over 18 hours! Had to pay an electrician to fit it.....then pay him again to unfit it! Not good quality and could be a fire hazard. Our lights , 50w spot lights, 16 of them were very very hot!
