It is taller than most so a full slice of Warburtons farmhouse bread fits perfectly which are bigger than most slices. The controls are on the top so I can get to them as the toaster is wedged between the blender and the kettle. The bar to slide down to cook the bread is larger than most and easy to use as I have arthritis in my hands. This toaster has everything I looked for in a new toaster and I am not disappointed. Best I have ever had.

This toaster works excellent the bread is toasted even both sides the other thing it has a bun warming rack built in I have no use for warming buns iuse it for warming the food plates which is useally difficult the rack is firmly locked I know not for plates holds 3 to four plates seems most can't take one pity companies out don't seem to make 4 slice toasters with built in rack this toaster is ideal and I recommend it

This replaces the same model we had before that went wrong after five years, albeit Bosch have slightly modified the settings buttons and it looks better for it. All is well, it toasts evenly which our previous one could no longer manage, (perfect on one side and blackened on the other). Hopefully this will last a bit longer. It is smart and stylish and well made and I like the bun warming facility that rises and falls on a slide mechanism on the opposite end to the toast lowering handle. All in all looks great and works as it should.
