I was concerned that these might have been a bit 'cheap and cheerful'. As it turned out they were perfect replacements. One must of course balance the cost of new brushes against the value of the drill, the cost for a new replacement and the time spent installing the new brushes. I rather like repairing things being old school, but I do wonder if I shouldn't adopt the 'chuck it away' mentality that seems prevalent these days. In short, these did the job!
