This product is amazing. Plus if you want to get rid of stubborn fungal nail infection, then a small amount on nail covered with a plaster and changed every 48 hours helps to make the nail thinner, and in my case my nail has come off. Im hoping now the new nail will be fungal free.

A watery sloppy poor value product. There is just a small amount in the tube and as Urea is a cheap product to obtain by the makers of this item it constitutes a rip-off. There is not enough in the tube to carry out an assessment of its effectiveness. Please try another product unless you have money to waste on this. .

I was almost tempted to buy the latest .caneston fungal toenail removal called Canespro at a price of £30. I did some investigation and found that the Cream in the kit was actually 40% urea. And only a 5 g tube came in that kit. This is a 50 mil tube. Of the 40% urea. It's just a case of soaking your feet, applying the cream, cover with a plaster. 24 hours later do the foot soak 10 mins scrape of the infected nail, I used a fingernail and nail file. Keep this up for 2 to 3 weeks. I must say I am impressed 14 days in all the infected nail has been removed. No soreness whatsoever. Now treating with anti fungal cream, as the suggested follow up after infected toenail removed. And at a fraction of the price.

Very thin, runny cream. Despite religiously applying daily it has made no difference whatsoever to my hard skin.

Doesn't seem to be much in the tube, and doesn't last long. Actual cream very effective.
