I ordered this for the garden and they sent it at first looked very dry but planted it anyway but it didn’t look so well got to understand with the current situation aswell things come a bit later than expected anyway we kept monitoring the plant and in the end they said they would give us a new one we’re very happy with this one looks lovely and healthy even though we had a problem with the first one. They did keep monitoring and then decided to send another one good communication also.
