I used this steamer for the first time. The steamer does not do many of the items it says it should. Very disappointed with it.
Have read the instructions of how to use it , and all the tools it comes with . The cleaning cloth head , does not stay on when doing floors , the hand held steamer does not function when used upright to clean for example tiles, and you will have to be extremely careful when pushing it around to clean floor.

This does not steam clean my carpets its ok for tiled floors
very dissapointing allthough it cleans tiles But so does a kitchen mop.
