supposed to be New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging. it came in a split case with no shrink wrap and a cloth inside that look as though it had been used. there were poor instructions on the box that is hard to read, no instruction sheet and it did not work on our Blue ray player it just kept getting spat straight out. absolute rubbish. one star is too high

Ok this is ok but not 100% . I started having silver speckles on my TV screw when playing blu rays . I tried this and there's a decent improvement on the pictures quality , but not 100% even though I used it 3 times . Your best bet ? Alcohol cleaning fluid and a cotton bud . A bit over priced when it's not 100% reliable

Didn't work properly as scratches already on one disc. I then tried the other disc, but in taking it off the front of the case as they were somewhat strangely stuck on to,unfortunately it snapped in half..Why were the cleaning discs not placed inside the cases? They would have protected the discs, and probably would have worked..I've used the exact same One for all product before for years, and has worked great but sadly not this time..

Great for cleaning a blu ray player. DO NOT BUY FOR THE USE ON A PS3!. I bought one to clean a Ps3 and it ended up getting stuck inside it as the brushes on the dvd cleaner are too long. Cost me £43 to get disc removed.

Having only used it once I cannot say if the long term use will be adaquate. Usually the discs require a fluid so I presume its just as affective
