We bought this for my wife, as she runs regularly and her ipod shuffle wasn't large enough to store all the songs she wanted. The ipod nano is really great as it has a large capacity, and also a clip on the back to clip it onto your waistband. Overall it is a great little gadget for use while out and about especially as it is small and discreet. The only thing is that my wife hasn't learnt how to use it fully yet! Also I don't find Itunes easy to use at all, but once I have figured how to put music on it, it is great to use.
I love my ipod. I bought to run with and to use the nike+ system with. It's great, so light to run with i don't even know its there. Like all apple products really easy to usem the touch screen making it easier than any other mp3 players i have used before. With being 16gb I can put so much music on it as well as a hugh amount of audiobooks i have which makes long journeys in the car easier (not having to change CD's). The only issue i have is actually more with itunes than the nano. When you import audiobooks cd's you can't file it under the Audiobooks section, meaning that you have to create playlist to make sure that the it will play the entire story in the correct order.
I bought this new ipod and now I can't stay away, its a great little piece of technology. Its apps keep me on track at the gym, and its size and weight allows for a great jog/walk. The screen can also be rotated for preference. Only down side I'd say is, that currently you cannot download any news apps to install and can only use the existing ones. Also can be a bit delicate as it is small and touch screen. But all in all I'd recommend it for all those music lovers on the go.
You either love or hate iPods. I'm a fan, I like the fact that there are so many docks availableMusic on the move that allow you to use your iPod easily in the house or on the move. I do wish they'd stop messing with the nano form factor as each generation requires it's own version of the dock adapter, something they seem to have done away with entirely for this latest nano. Not sure that the touch screen on the latest nano is an improvement on the click wheel but once you get use to it it's simple and intuative to use. The icons and track lists are big enough to use without too much trouble. However because of the small screen size you can only view about 3 track names without scrolling. The small size and the clip on the back make it handy for use in the gym or when you're out and about. The downside is that the small size make it easy to lose and fiddly to hold.Read full review
Had a 5th Generation Nano which I loved, Devastated when it packed up. I looked for another 5th Gen but was impressed by the reviews for the 6th Gen so decided to buy one. Glad I did, because it is great,the sound quality is so much better, & it is so compact. A really superb product. I listen to a lot of Audio books as well as music & its fantastic. Wouldn't be without it. I use it when walking the dog, working around the house & also in the car via an FM transmitter which connects through the car stereo. An all round fantastic piece of kit.
