Didn't look new what I got it. The nickel was already spotting with corrosion but that's not the issue I have with it. I'm not sure what the issue is. . . I've never played a bagpipe chanter that jumps octaves when you over blow it? Not sure if the reeds got broken in transit or if the chanter is just that iffy. Doesn't look well constructed, but you get what you pay for and this was cheap so I guess I'm not surprised.

    Worthless unless you want something for Halloween costume

    Just received this product. Not worth rating one star. Junk most likely made in Pakistan or China. Very poor quality. Have to blow so hard my cheeks hurt just to get sound out of it. Not worth s one star rating. Also missing a reed. Finger holes still have wood filings in them. And are not drilled in a strait line. Brush hairs dried in the paint. My 5 year old could have done s better job.

    This is a nice wee practice chanter bought for a beginner with an excellent carrying case which saves it from getting damaged. Supplied with two reeds as well. Nice one.
