We tried it out after putting it together fairly easily & quickly on 4 adults & 2 children. We cooked on both parts with the flat area seeming to cook slightly hotter than the ribbed part, but overall pretty good for something this relatively small size. It copped well with chicken thighs, drumsticks, burgers & sausages as long as you did not want everything at the same time! The legs, stand & shelves are made of plastic, but seem to be sturdy enough. The use of a water compartment directly below the heating element and griddle part looks a bit worrying but in use as long as you do not accidentally knock it want to move it, it seems to be OK. The fat that is created in the cooking process runs into this water cooling tray which actually gets rather hot!!. So be rather careful when you finish and take it all apart for cleaning. Cleaning, as with any greasy BBQ is a chore but with it being relatively small it not that bad. Overall a good purchase at the price we paid, but not suitable for a big party event in my opinion.Read full review

This is very wobbly and unsteady so you have to be really carefull when turning food over (especialy if any food is stuck or hard to turn. The cooking space is very small and doesn't heat evenly, making the space even smaller. It is easy to clean, but apart from the actual cooking space, it is all lightweight plastic, even the legs!! and that's what makes it wobbly. It can be used on the floor if your prepared to keep bending. We gave ours away, as not steady or big enough.

great BBQ but you have to glue the legs into BBQ or they drop out when moving it . cooks fantastically great for 4 people but to small for big family and birthday BBQs. easy to use. i love it it is sturdy when in use . just when moving no probs since i glued legs thanks for a great product at a great price . would have given 5 star .just the legs need to fit better
