My second coffee machine as my previous (cheaper) model broke after six months. Got my money back so no foul. I loved it, and the coffee from it so I pushed the boat out for this one. So it would last longer. Big old thing, but 1 immediate problem. I drink Americans style. The gap under the head only suits espresso cups. Not having cups or containers that size I have to use a plastic box. Really annoying. As for the rest? Makes good coffee easy, steam wand makes frothy milk easy. Brilliant machine, with one flaw. Hopefully last more than a year.

A solid well made machine. Takes a little practice but soon making great espresso. Beware - I bought a remanufactured example which had minor cosmetic faults but crucially came without the coffee measure/firmer.This is an essential for good results but with high post and packing charge (came in a big box - needed a jiffy bag!) ends up as a £6 piece of plastic if bought separately.

I am very happy 😊 it makes great coffee. If you have hard water . Then use filled water 💧 it is better for you and your machine. I would recommend it . .

I didn't even bother to read the manual it is so straightforward and simple to use, just use common sense. It brewed quickly, made a lovely coffee and the milk frothed and heated really well too.
