Bought for setting up satellite.
Very easy to set up and read. dropped a couple of times and the cover and needle came adrift but easily reassembled and worked perfect. Care has to be taken if using like I did, to set up a satellite dish. The angle of the sat. in the sky is not the same as the angle you set up the dish. You have to work out the angle from the specification of the dish. (The signal beams down, bounces off the dish and into the LNB)Very easy to set up and read. dropped a couple of times and the cover and needle came adrift but easily reassembled and worked perfect. Accurate and practical
A good product with appropriate features, especially for use with steel. The magnetic base allows it to be left attached to a tube or metallic surface and then adjust the angle as required. Please note, it should be used vertically, since otherwise, the measurement may be affected by the the internal friction of the gauge. This is not a problem and is easily achieved. as a harley davidson owner i had to refurb the carburettor on my bike having to set my float to the correct angle i found this inclinometer prefect for the job. in essence a perfect tool not just for the roofing trade lots of other uses. very good and helpfull tool for many other uses.
