Must emphasise the phone I bought was graded manufacturer return, which there seems to be a lot of on ebay. As mentioned above the speaker phone seemed to really useless this was one of the reasons I returned it, as I bought it for my wife who is hard of hearing. It's not that it wasn't loud enough, the callers voice kept cutting out. Even when I called 1471 it kept cutting out mid sentence.
