Bought this as new wheels are very expensive. This wheel is more or less identical to the G29/920 except for the buttons, but there are enough buttons for me on this one. FF works very well, as always, and the pedals have a realistic "spring" resistance, much better than my (15 years old) Thrustmaster wheel had. As already mentioned, the price was good and delivery was quick. I'm satisfied.

A tiny plastic cog/servo was broken and would never centre. Apparently a common fault on the g27 after much research. Thought it may be the software on my pc. After much research and frustration with it never centring fully I found out it was a tiny piece of plastic that had broken so the wheel would never centre properly. So it was sold broken. I hadn’t knocked it, dropped it or been aggressive with it. Taken me while to put this review on as incredibly busy in my personal life.

So glad I bought a logitech G27. I've been playing Euro Truck Sim 2 with it. Going to try other games soon. It's a very cool system, it has an actual clunking mechanical gearstick. And pedals which are the same stiffness/solidity/range as floor-mounted car's pedals. You actually have to use the clutch/splitter etc. for shifting between gears and ranges. If you are a true lorryist, you can even set it to behave like a Scania range-splitter in ETS2. You can ride on the clutch when stopped on hills etc as well. The best thing is the actual steering wheel. It can be set to be mechanically stiff and responsive through software. It actually has heavy gearing and motors inside. Fully metal. When you come out of a roundabout in-game, the wheel actually straightens itself and slips through your hands, like a real vehicle does. Everything can be adjusted to feel just right. It can be set to be REALLY heavy, like old non-power-steering heavy vehicles. It's probably a good workout actually. You have to really fight it. It doesn't feel remotely like it will break, even on the heaviest, most resistive steering settings. The software is great, you can make setting and button profiles for each individual game you own. Works great. If you are into driving games at all, these logitech G2* systems are the best option. The price of them is very reasonable now. It's well worth it, very high quality item. They are oldish now, but never seem to wear out. If you want one for PS4/XB1, you would have to get the G29 though, the G27 is an older version, which supports PC and PS3.Read full review

I have a very happy grandson he wanted one of these for a while but was not sure if it was worth paying the extra money that these costcompared to cheaper wheels but now he has no hesitation in recommending the wheel and controls.
