The transaction with the seller was fine. However the way the strap does up is not very effective. 2 metal bits push into 2 holes. I found it difficult to press them into the holes when it was on my wrist. Even after succeeding to do this it is very easy to undo it and as a result it has come off my wrist and I now can't find it. I think the product is poor.

The listing said ‘large’ but when the item arrived it did not fit around my wrist. It’s way too small to fit around any adult wrist. I have reasonably small wrists and have no issues with the original Fitbit flex wristband. It’s impossible to for me to wear this wristband. I now need to buy one from a different seller.
