Disappointed purchase to start, it arrived broken, HOWEVER Contacted seller and their customer service was 100% excellent. They sent another Toilet seat as a replacement and even a little compensation as in i was able to keep the original for spare parts! Hope you managed to sort the cause of the damage out. they are rather expensive to keep getting damaged. Thank you for living up to your Trading Name. 1 happy customer, will recommend.
