A tip if you are a novice like me is to soak well in water prior to use and really wet them well to provide lubrication for a smooth exit from your sausage machines nozzle..

    Very pleased with this product.

    We are South Africans living in the UK - one of our fave foods is Boerewors, which you can't get here, unless you order online. The casings arrived early. I gave making wors a bash and used these to make about 3.5 kg of sausage. They were perfect! Will definitely order again!

    Sausage skins

    Excellent product. Easy to keep and to fit onto the nozzle of my machine. The case didn't burst either when I was filling the skin (and I made some big sausages) or during cooking. They last well too if Salted down and stored in the fridge.
