The plant came with no pot just root covered in clin fill, no stem when description said 30cm, i messaged the seller with proof i was refunded but was charged for delivery £6.50 which i feel is unfair for a item that wast checked before postage very poor service wont order here again.

Arrived Shetland 25th October 2023, delivered by Royal Mail. The tree was fully as described and arrived in excellent condition due to the extreme care taken by this 5 Star seller to ensure that it would not be damaged in transit. The pot was fully sealed with cling film and fixed firmly in the box. Delighted with the purchase and will have no hesitation in recommending this seller.
