Product Information

This swimming pool repair kit is suitable for all vinyl swimming pools. The kit consists of a 30ml tube of vinyl adhesive, vinyl patches measuring 152mm by 92mm, and an applicator for applying the adhesive. The repair kit can also be used on other inflatables, including pool liners and vinyl air pillows. The vinyl adhesive and patches can be used on both wet and dry surfaces.

    A great product for repairing flexible PVC articles..

    This product gives a very good bond between the patch and the item to be repaired provided the instructions are carefully followed. The PVC patch is affixed to the PVC substrate using a solvent-based adhesive. It is highly desirable to allow the adhesive to dry for a substantial time, preferably around 24 hours, to achieve maximum strength of the bond. The patch is also preferably pressed firmly and evenly against the substrate while drying takes place. I used a flat one kg weight from my kitchen scales but any suitably shaped weighty object can be used. Care needs to be taken when repairing inflatables to prevent ingress of the adhesive into the interior of the object. Failure to do this can result in the interior surfaces becoming bonded together.

    Not Good

    Trying to fix a small pin hole on lazyspa. Followed instructions exactly. The vinyl patch I had pre cut about 30mm square didnt even stick. It just kept peeling up from each corner. Adhesive didnt even feel tacky. Ended up using CT1 silicone and a self adhesive provided with Spa

    vinyl pool repair kit

    good kit with lots of glue . only down side was cutting out your own circle patches. why 4 stars and not 5.. vinyl patch material seemed a little thin for a large rip but the repair is holding fine 4 weeks later.
