I received the item early than stated, when I removed it from the plastic covering I seen the box all damaged, which isn't the sellers fault, when it come to use it to make a frappe I noticed these black pieces shooting in the jug, obviously there was a fault, I got in touch with the seller who was extremely helpful and supportive in getting a replacement sent out asap, constant communication from the seller, I probably will buy from this seller again.

    Elevated

    This foot stool is the perfect height. No more let fatigue for me. It's also adjustable but I haven't tried the other options. I like that it folds away so I can leave my living room looking tidy. You definitely can not sit on it as it isn't very strong but it's value for money

    Very Disappointed

    The stool arrived in time. Clever design with many alternatives for comfortable positions. Inferior materials used. The whole thing is flimsy. If you move in your seat, the whole thing collapses. The wooden frame looks OK, not great. The flat surface is MDF with a piece of sponge covered with artificial sheepskin. My husband had to glue one of the feet in as it kept falling off. I am quite petite and my personal opinion is that it would not be reliable for someone much larger/heavier. I would not recommend this product.

    An absolutely disappointing stool. Bought for my 93 year old mum who broke her ankle and needed to keep it elevated.

    Very unstable collapses when in use. Can’t move it without collapsing. Poor quality fittings. The slots for adjusting the stool are inadequate. Have had to make adjustments myself to make this stool useable. Basically taping it in place to stay up. Which means I can’t collapse now. Unsafe to use as it is. Rubbish is the only word for it

    Flimsy product

    it`s a bit on the flimsy side .Don`t think it will be a long serving product .and it`s not easy to assemble for older people who are not agile . Mine was for a short term need so i did not bother to send it back .
