I was a bit worried because this pan was such a good price-but when it arrived I was very impressed with the heft and quality of this p an. It has quickly become my favorite pan in our kitchen! It is easy to clean, and cooks food evenly. Plus you don't have to worry about any toxic fumes since it is stainless steel (really important if you have birds in the house!).
