I plugged the charger into the power supply as my previous phone would not charge and with this unit it will charge so it has fullfilled its intended prupose very well. The model is basic and the amount of text that can be stored on the phoneis very limited but the phone takes and receives phone calls very well. T mobile network provides a limited service at my home in south woodham ferrers essex which is disappointing could do with a boost. The samsung phone and charger work well thanks alot great product good price.

I found the screen too small for my poor eyesight also the keyboard was a difficult colour to see the letters
