I fitted them in accordance with the instructions and when i tried to walk in them one of them came off my boot and as I stumbled I stepped on to the Tyne's and if I hadn't been wearing steel sole CAT Boots I would have ended up with a 2 inch spike straight through my foot!! I was very lucky. They are, needless to say, now in the bin!!! Do not risk using these. And for the people who sold them to me please remove them from your shelves.

Can be fiddly to get properly fixed to shoes but once correctly adjusted they work well. Bonus - excellent exercise device - bit like an aerobic step exercise in the gym!
