I bought this product for myself as everyone has had one for years and i felt out! hah! now i love it, listen to it all the time on the bus, at bed time, lunch breaks. very easy to use and neat. it has frozen a couple of times but i let the battery die and charged it up again it seemed fine. had no problems since! i wouldn't buy it for a formal present second hand though as it did have some signs of wear&tear. but for me, perfect.
