Very Well Built, its made of steel not your regular cheap tat plastic, its also very fast at doing toast! less than half the time of my old one, very good.

Beautiful product but doesn’t heat evenly. I set both sides to the same ‘toast setting’ but they don’t toast the same amount. It looks like the elements are stronger on one side than the other. Even with this wouldn’t say I’m not unhappy with the product, it’s just a case of finding the exact setting for each side to suit your own ‘toasty taste’. It does look great in my kitchen with it’s Matt black finish. If you don’t mind a bit of experimentation I’d recommend this product.
