This vacuum is very powerful and compact at the same time. However, I do not like how noisy it is; believe it or not our neighbours complained once because of how much noise it makes. Furthermore, after two months of usage, the spinning brush failed, and thanks to the warranty, Dyson kindly sent me a replacement. Having said that, I am a bit sceptical of how reliable this vacuum is, especially when my warranty runs out next month. I also think it is very heavy for its size and I do have problems navigating it around the flat. Full stop.

Oh dear. Not the dyson I know and love. Buying on line has it's faults sometimes. This vacuum is doll size. Very fiddly to pu0t together because it's so flimsy. Suction is not brilliant either. Think I would have felt the same had it been brand new. Having the ball for easy manuvering is cancelled out by the weak and bendy shaft. Great shame

This Dyson is ideal for picking up my golden Labrador's coat. It get in all the edges and so easy to turn round corners. I have had my old Dyson for many years and this one is much lighter the only draw back is where the cable is held at the back the two cable hooks are not long enough to hold the cable on properly otherwise I could not recommend this product enough.

Its not often i write any reviews but i have to say i am so impressed with this product and why pay the cost for a new one, when i opened the over the top packaging i thought they had made a mistake and sent me a new machine and it is just like a new vacuum cleaner, yes i know you only get two years warranty but what do you expect for the price. Just for once a company that delivers what it promises and it does do what it says on the tin.... Well done Dyson.
