Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Light Meters
If you are serious about photography then this is ideal for accurate exposure. You can use it with the incident light dome to get absolutely spot on exposure whether you are shooting in ambient light, using flash or a combination. When using flash the meter reacts to the pulse of light to make the readings, so you don't need to connect the meter to the flash (biut can if yoiu want). Accurate and very easy to use.

The meter itself is a delight to use and you do not really have to refer to the manual. It is best used as an incident light meter (where you take measurements in front of the subject with the dome turned towards the camera) although it can measure reflected light as well as you can slide the dome away from the sensor. Select the ISO setting from your camera, select the mode (single flash, multiple flash, light level), take a measurement and you are done. If you are using it as a light meter, you can easily play around with the aperture value/exposure time to find the setting that best fits your purpose: Shallow depth of field vs. everything in focus, action-stopping short exposure vs. effect-shaping long exposure. Many possibilities all in your hand. I am going to use it mostly for studio-type work with multiple flash-units, a setup that cannot easily be handled by the camera's meter. I give the meter my highest recommendations.Read full review
