Item says genuine sterling mi Milano I don’t believe it is as it doesn’t stay in place in knecklace surround which is an original . Too thin compared to genuine inserts

Hi,Please rest assured that these are 100% genuine Sterlina Mi Milano coins. If you had contacted us, we would have been more than happy to explain the depth to you. As the Mil Milano keepers are the only keeper of this kind to be designed to hold up to 2 coins, the depth of 1 individual coin will be only half the full depth of the keeper. For this reason, Mi Milano have silicone rings which are used to "pad out" the surplus space if you wish to wear only 1 coin in your keeper.
