It arrived on time but due to a Courier issue was left outside in the rain, with no card fortunately the shade was in a box and well wrapped inside so despite being soaking wet the shade was fine. Great seller and good communication with seller to resolve the "briefly" lost shade issue. Love the shade so would happily trade again.

Nice lampshade as described and an excellent price but five star customer service really sets this seller apart. The package had been very bashed about by the courier service and the shade was damaged and useless, I contacted them to return it but was immediately offered a replacement without the need to send the damaged one or a full refund . Replacement arrived in a sturdier box and completely fine. Great communication too.
