This was a replacement for my old one which just stopped working. I had bought a smart phone but hated it, and went back to my old Nokia. I was disappointed when it broke. Didn't think I would find another one, but hey ho I found this. Its so easy to work and the camera is really good, took some really good pictures. Has lots of features and internet. Delighted with it

This is nice phone to use but I the volume is very low and it very difficult to hear the caller. Also, it does not save my sent texts which is really annoying when you are having an ongoing matter.
