Utterly fed up. I bought it, never dreaming it would not fit. I removed the cardboard band, cut and retained the instructions. I removed the cellophane wrap seal. And I waited until I needed to use it thinking that in a few minutes my equipment would be done & ready. I didn’t for one second think it would not fit into the microwave! Why aren’t you warned that it will only fits into very large microwave ovens? Tommy Tippy you should be ashamed.

It's a great steriliser easy to use and I like that you can lock it but It doesn't fit into my microwave it didn't fit my old one which was quite small I got a new one that was 21L and it still doesn't fit
