    Love that growl

    Installed these in a MIM fretless Jazz bass. I had to modify the hole for the bridge p/up but it was an easy install. It has that awesome late 60's growl. I just crank the bridge p/up and can get the Jaco sound I was looking for. Awesome product!

    Just like in the old days!

    I have been making a living playing bass since 1972. I recall my old Fender basses fondly-they are referred to as vintage nowadays. These pick ups have that same sound that caught my ear way back then. I'd recommend these to anyone who goes for that 'old school' sound. Also they were a great deal-Crazy Dave is cool!

    Fender pickups

    Great value for the price, I checked the resistance on then and they were ever just a couple of points higher, they sound excellent I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend buying a set from them!

    Actual Jazz bass sound

    If you own a Jazz bass, and do not have these glorious pickups in it, you are suffering. Forget about "noiseless" & "humbuckers" or even "active". Just get the real sound with these.
