Excellent service, prompt delivery and carpet perfect for what I needed. Despite the low price it looks to be good quality. It was also very easy to lay for a first-time fitter, but use a sharp craft knife - it goes through the carpet very easily and leaves a clean edge.

First delivery driver couldn’t find address and didn’t ring. Rang company two days later as it still hadn’t arrived. Gave directions and arrived on time at second delivery. A little annoyed the company didn’t contact me to say the driver couldn’t find the house and rearrange delivery. Apart from that, customer service were lovely.
