Fantastic ‘customer first’ company! I ordered the wrong chainsaw chain for my chainsaw, I contacted the company and told them my mistake. They said, send the one you have backs and pop the correct chain type in a letter and we will send you the correct one back. Low and behold a mere two days later, my correct chain arrived, super speedy. Thank you New Saw Chains, I will not go anywhere else for my saw chains, you have earned a loyal customer. P.s.     It is a replacement chain for a Screwfix Titan chainsaw. The Oregon brand is well know, which was a plus for this replacement item. The quality is high. Finding the right replacement was easy on the website. The order process was simple and the delivery was prompt.

    New chain saw chain

    The chain fits the chain saw, but I've not yet had a chance to use it, as I bought it as a reserve. When I've got round to using it, I'll find out for sure how good it is - probably in around three months. Until then, it appears to be good value, and made to specification
