Been tracking GH3 for ages looking for THE one! Fortunately found this one virtually as new condition, love it! Great camera to handle a step up from my G6 although a couple of generations of GH behind!

Wonderful camera with everything you can possibly need for picture-taking and videos. I bought it for the video-taking and it's good, very good. The auto-focus is not as quick as my Panasonic SD900 camcorder but still very quick. Only grouse is the price - silly, really, but there's nothing else near it.
The GH3 produces images of outstanding quality. It also produces 1080p video of outstanding quality. To see test results go to the 'photographyblog' website. I primarily bought the GH3 to to use as a video camera. Although it does not produce the 4K video of the replacement model the GH4, the GH3 is now excellent value second hand, commanding around £300 on ebay. The favoured 14-140 lens can be had for around £200 on ebay. Whilst the battery grip can be had for around £100 on ebay. This puts the GH3 ensemble at less than one third of the new price a couple of years ago. The GH3 surpasses many Canon and Nikon DSLRs for both still and video.
