Have needed to replace my ironing board cover for a long time but have been unable to get one that fits. I stumbled across this one on ebay & it seemed like it would be ok. Hooray, it does! Good surface, does the job well.

Bought to fit a Beldray board, 145 x 54 cm, and it didn't fit, too short. Had to modify the cover by sewing on an extension piece. Once fitted, the cover is fine and easy to iron on.

Despite purchasing right size cover did not fit very well with not enough material overlap on length or width, the draw string fixing whilst a good idea in principle does not work!, you can not apply enough tension to the cover edges to hold securely in place because the string pulls from the top end only thus not putting enough tension into the sides or bottom! in the end i pulled to hard and split the material, complete waste of money!.

I own an Addis board that needed the cover replacing. We are a seamstress and an engineer couple. We were unable to get a good tight fit using the drawstring underneath, even after 15 minutes' struggling and fiddling, which we think should have been enough time. The toggle was definitely the wrong size for the cord and we had to make a knot instead. The new cover is very very floppy along the sides of the board. 'Perfect Fit' is misleading.

Size is as given so did fit the ironing board. Good amount of padding under so items end up being ironed properly. Drawstring is reasonably robust so cover can be drawn up to fit the board properly. Did not cost an arm and a leg. No graphics - just a plain metallised finish which I prefer.
