Originally ordered one of these carpets about 2 years ago, it’s still in great condition so it was a no brainer to order again upon moving house to carpet more rooms. First delivery driver couldn’t find address and didn’t ring. Rang company two days later as it still hadn’t arrived. Gave directions and arrived on time at second delivery. A little annoyed the company didn’t contact me to say the driver couldn’t find the house and rearrange delivery. Apart from that, customer service were lovely.
