The sound, for the price, is really good. The clarity of the "s" sounds are great and don't sound like "th". It is very small and sits very nicely on my bedside table and is perfect for listening to audio cd's or music. There are two small annoyances though, which are: 1. There is no jack for using headphones, 2. The radio tuner is very sensitive and I found it hard to get stations. Other than that very pleased and would recommend this item if you are strapped for cash

There should be a Not Sure answer to the questions. Mine was a factory refurbished model and was cheap as these things go so one can't be too fussy about sound quality, which is OK but nothing special. Same goes for durability as it just sits on my desk. I don't play football with it. It does mysteriously switch itself off late into an hour's CD but for the price I can't grumble. If it were brand new I might.

A great little Boombox, well made and good sound effect. Has a mains plug & is also portable by inserting batteries. FM radio & C D player sounds really good. Has an AUX in, so I can easily attach my mp3 player. Complete with folding carry handle.

Considering this was only £15 it has served me pretty well both as a radio and to play cds in the kitchen.Ok the sound quality is way off from a real music playing point of view but for what it is and the price its really not bad.I got it really for my mum to play talking books on as it is simple to use and she has problems with more complicated controls. Just as a radio it does the job better than my more expensive digital one does.

An 'ordinary' little radio and CD player --- wonderful -- and much cheaper than DAB radios by far. It's not tiny and it's not huge - it's just perfect for my purposes. We had a DAB radio for years and they always have 25 pages of 'instructions' that I still can't work out !!! Whereas this little radio is simple and very easy to use and I'm delighted with it. Has AM and FM - probably won't get some of the stations that the old DAB radio had but, to me, this little radio ticks all the boxes. The CD player is, again, simple and easy to use --- you'll gather I'm delighted all round with my new purchase. Thanks for reading my comments.
