When it arrived I was surprised how beautiful it looked it is big in size and looks expensive looking and very good quality it is very shining steel. which does need polishing if it gets any little smudge .but well worth buying I love using this toaster it makes fantastic even toast well impressed with the style and the high quality well worth buying I am glad I purchased this toaster .

The heat on each side of the bread is not equal with one side hardly heating at all. There is a piece of paper added to the instructions saying that the toaster is designed to work with 4 slices so may not work as well with less. Well, I have used it with 4 a few times and it makes no difference. Also, the bread will pop out randomly after a few seconds.

Nice big slots for all sizes of bread and I especially like being able to lift the rack up while still toasting without having to cancel the operation. Ideal to just check how the toasting is going and the high lift means you can get the toast out without any problems. The whole machine is quite large but it is a 4 slice toaster after all.

I found that when you placed the bread standing up it was about an inch above the toaster, so I turned the bread sideways and it was perfect and I found it toasted evenly all over. There's only one thing I wasn't sure about and that was because it is shiny stainless steel and going by the picture it looked matt so it could be prone to finger prints. Other than that I find it the perfect toaster.

A big machine and at last a manufacturer who has acknowledged the need for a toaster that accepts slices of bread of Warburtons size. Well made toaster and clean lines but watch your fingers on the edges of the chrome slots as I cut myself on thst area.
