The T4B gravity rise Miter stand is practical and easy to move around. It sets up in mere seconds and it’s ready for work in under 30 seconds, which is impressive. This one came with the square extension tubes. Obviously, when extended fully, they do flex a bit, but nothing that can’t be supported with a long clamp of sorts. I can’t help but wonder if the version with two round bars on each side would make a big difference. The manual was comprehensive and the instructions were straight forward. I think it took me some 30 odd minutes to piece it together. Overall it’s a sturdy and well balanced miter stand. It’s effortless in supporting a 12” Bosch gsc 12 sd, well over 40 pounds. It’s too soon to tell how it will last, but first impression is good. For me the tubing might have been 1 or 2 gauges thicker, like the ts2000. The thickness is right on the edge between still strong enough and giving when tightening the assembly bolts, like the tablesaw stands after the ts2000…. After doing extensive research this stand meets my expectations and with proper care it should last. Read full review

Do not buy this stand!! It does not fit thru a doorway with the door still on the jamb. its far to tall and less compact than my rigid stand i used for years. i can't believe they would make a stand so big it can't go into a room in a house. i expected for from the germans

perfect stand for the Bosch miter saw. works great but be sure to use on a flat, level surface, because we're talking about a heavy tool, and a bumpy surface can make the whole set-up (saw and stand) off-balance, which is hard to put up and take down. BE SAFE! there is one deficiency I've found, and that is the outriggers which extend left and right, to support long workpieces, are pretty short, compared to my old saw, and they are weak and are easily bent. just gonna have to be careful with them.

I have a wonderful older (1998) Bosch compound sliding 10" miter saw, but it weighs about 50 pounds. When I was younger, lifting it was no big deal, but at 65 it makes my lower back quite unhappy. When I first saw a picture of this stand, I thought I would really like one, but I hesitated because of cost. My wife said "buy it", so I did, and now I'm making better and more frequent use of the saw, even more than when I first had the saw, at age 48. Definitely one of the best purchases I've made in recent years. It folds up and gets my saw out of the way in no time. The extensions to each side are easy to use (though I'd recommend to Bosch that they slightly re-design the height adjusters). That is the only minor inconvenience on an overall great energy and back saving device. So happy I bought it.Read full review

I really love this Bosch miter saw stand. It is very well-designed, easy to use, and extremely sturdy. I was able to mount my (25 year old) Makita sliding compound miter saw onto this stand, and used it to position and cut some massive (4x6x10') lumber quite easily. The best part is that the Bosch stand transforms into a vertical hand truck and enables me to transport my miter saw into and out of my garage with very little effort. Impressive piece of equipment!
