This is my 2nd Russell Hobbs Legacy coffer maker. The first one provided 4 years of good service but towards the end of the 4 years it became temperamental. I understand from what I have read 4 years is the expected life of the machine. However it makes very good coffee and keeps it hot for up to 30 mins after brewing.
