first set of hand rail brackets completely broke in two whilst fixed to stair bannister rail causing my daughter to fall down the stairs bruising her back badly. brackets were replaced with a more solid bracket but I have then had to pay for the new brackets to be fixed and holes in wall to be filled and repainted. supplier told me i would be compensated with goods but nothing never arrived..
