I was after a decent higher sided 2lb loaf tin as most sold have the sides too low and the proving dough slips over the side so toast doesn't fit in the toaster. The set of 3 tins arrived and the largest, shown as 3lb, is the best for a 500gram loaf (for me) allowing the dough to rise properly and produce a decent family loaf. With regards to non-stick, I always grease the tins using butter as it gives a nice flavour too, so never had any problem getting bread out, it just slides out after baking. I worked for 2 years in a village bakery in my youth, so was unhappy at the shape of most modern loaf tins until I received these. Thoroughly recommended.

I am delighted with these deep tins . they are nice and deep which means my loafs will not flow over when they prove. I have made one loaf with the middle size tin and the loaf is the best I have made because of its depth. Cant wait to make a larger loaf with the largest tin. the value is great. For the price of on normal loaf tin you get three really good ones.
