I was reliably informed that this machine would work well. I hope it stands the test of time. I'm a little disappointed that it didn't look anything like the photo and feels very plastic and flimsy. It was a gift for Christmas and the person using it is a harsh critic. Also I can not find any product information about this coffee machine or about the company that makes it... say's Sentik on the box and on the lowercase of the box it says cookSpace. So I'm a little confused is it Sentik or CookSpace?. I'm guessing the machine won't last long because it's parts are not very solid. Can i review again once it has been used. Then I'll be able to give a better product description.?. It does look of cheap quality & when I purchased it. The description said a commercial professional coffee making machine. But I don't think it is.. My friend will be the Judge of how well it works. I only hope he will not be disappointed. Other than that, I am on a tight budget and its cost does not warrant a Professional coffee making machine. I hope the Sentik coffee machine proves me wrong. I would like to review this product again in the future and find out more about the company that makes it. As the only reviews for this product are on Amazon & Ebay i can not find any other reviews for it online and I am not sure how reliable this machine is in regards to it being a commercial professional coffee making machine.Read full review

Cant say much because it was making noise but wasnt making coffee. Not that it was broke but simply rubbish. Ive got other DeLonghi machine and that one works perfect.
