For a budget wide angle zoom lens, I wasn't expecting too much. I have a Nikon D7200 and understand an AF-P lens works but with certain limitations, in this case no manual focus and no way of turning off image stabilisation, causing long exposures to not be sharp. HOWEVER, upon testing both these previously reported issues, I found no problems whatsoever! Manual focus worked just fine, as did a quick test of a long exposure. Compared to a snap taken in aperture priority, zoomed in on the details I found the long exposure to be much sharper then the same shot taken in aperture priority. I like taking long exposures so I'm very happy the lack of ability to turn off image stabilisation is not a problem, like I thought it would be. The only negative about this lens (that I can find - for my purposes) is the plastic mount. Some might find the highest aperture of f/4.5 to be a problem, but for me taking landscape shots, this is no problem at all! Highly recommend this lens! Read full review

Light, fits easily into kit bag, sharp shots handheld! Its a light, easy to handhold lens, I love mine, Ive had the more expensive Tamron, Tokina and sigma's and this is as good, yet just seems better on my Nikon D7200. If you want a cracking little lens that will surpass your expectations then give it a try.

Thoroughly recommended for image quality. Unbelievably low price for the performance. Some people have complained about the plastic mount but this is not an issue for my light use.
