Couldn't believe how quickly it arrived.Ordered it on Friday evening and it was delivered Sunday midday! I have had one of these filters before but needed a replacement as water got into the electrics on the old one and the UV lamp would not work.

Very good seller with extremely good communication. I even had the option on what day i wanted it arrived. Being able to check for damages before the driver leaves is something all company's should do. As for the tank...very good for the price and looks better than the photos. Only thing i thought could be changed is there being no holes for wires but there is a big enough gap between the lid for the wire if it not thick (thermostat wire was fine). There is room to drill if needed. Im very happy

Purchased 4 items at the same time from this seller. Description said all items in stock for immediate dispatch but they sent all the items on 3 separate days so I had to make 3 trips to the click and collect shop. So 3 separate currier trips and 3 lots of packaging when the lot could go together in 1 box. Despite numerous times asking why they did this I got no answer. Very bad for the environment seller, won't be using again.
