    Pleased

    A little apprehensive when I ordered this key fob. My hope was that I would be able to remove the electronics and battery from my original key fob and install them into the new replacement. I was pleasently surprised at how easy it was to replace the components, All that is required is a small posidriver and a knowledge of DIY. It is perhaps a little awkward to install the spring to the correct position, however, after a few attemps I managed.

    Just the job and i did not have to get the key cut.

    Came within a couple of days and was easy to change over pcb and key from old fob, after following instructions on you tube. Contrary to you tube i was able to change over the old key and not have to get the new one cut. For just over £8 including postage can not go wrong. My spare key has gone the same way as the old and i am likely to get another new fob. Can not comment on longevity only had a couple of weeks, but definitely does the job

    Okay for a spare

    The key fob and key are solid enough, but the battery cover with the Ford emblem on it is a bit cheap, the silver surround snapped off instantly.
