Exactly as described and seem good quality and very good value.
My only concern is the amount of (environmentally-unfriendly) packaging tape used to seal the parcel - it took me a good 15 mins with a sharp knife and scissors to remove it all. I’d like to suggest the seller uses a tip protector inside the package rather than what seemed like half a roll of tape outside - the packaging would put me off buying again.
