Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Home Theater Systems
A lot of people write reviews on these sites that, with no disrespect meant, are for the audiophiles out there. I like to read good honest reports from your average guy in the street. I am not an audiophile and my knowledge of sound systems is not extensive but I do like my Films and music. Basically with any system you need to sit down and listen to it. It is all down to what sounds good to you at the end of the day. This Bose system is not the same as the 5.1 system I had before but we are moving house so had to make a compromise as we have no ability to hide cables at our new house (Slate floors and all that). So the compromise I made was to go to a 2.1 system which led me to the BOSE. I bought my system used at what I thought is a reasonable price for something which new is over a grand. Yes you might miss some of the 'Mid Range' but if you do I have never noticed. Like I said it is what sounds good to the listeners ear. I like the sound the quality and structure of this system. A review should be simple....go and have a listen to one. If you like it buy it, don't be swayed by what someone else thinks make your own judgement.Read full review
